I think that caffeine has a strong impact because there are many things in the long run that caffeine does to affect the health of every person who has three or more cups of coffee or a caffeinated drink per day. This is especially a bad thing for women and girls because of reduced fertility and birth problems as well as loss of bone density. It also affects a person’s mental health.
