Before you know it, you can be just as addicted to caffeine as this guy!
Caffeine is mentally addictive but affects one mentally and physically because in your mind you believe that you must have more of this substance to stay awake and help you stay alert. It is moderately addictive. From day one of consuming this drug more than twice a day, your body becomes addicted to the substance that makes you more alert and wakes up your senses and your body craves more. If you try to stop, the withdrawal symptoms will make you want to start consuming caffeine all over again.

If you stop or try to stop your addiction to caffeine, you will start to experience Withdrawal Symptoms. Withdrawal Symptoms can consist of any of the following symptom:

•Jitteriness
•Difficulty sleeping
•Headaches
•Anxiety
•Flushed face
•Nausea
•Accelerated heartbeat
•Irritable
•Restless
•Muscle stiffness
•Difficulty concentrating
•Headaches, moderate to severe
•Chills and/or hot spells
•Withdrawal symptoms can occur after regular consumption of just one-to-two cups a day. Caffeinism, as it is sometimes called, shows up as migraine headaches and sickness
