Caffeine has a strong impact on people who use them, because immediately after one or more cups of coffee, a person may have an unwanted loss of fluids. Also, the flow of blood to the brain is reduced by 10-20% within half an hour of drinking one or two cups of coffee. Withdrawal symptoms include headaches or migraines and sickness such as nausea. When a person drinks too much coffee, it affects their sleeping habits and their heartbeat increases. In the long term, people will suffer from chronic insomnia, anxiety and depression, stomach ulcers and raised cholesterol levels. Also, too much caffeine may cause reproduction failures, reduced fertility, prematurity and low birth weight. Caffeine alters the way some cells in the body function and reproduce themselves. There is also a loss of bone density especially in women.  Caffeine is moderately addicting because if you use caffeine to stay awake, and then you suddenly stop using it, you will have terrible migraines and most people end up using caffeine again to take the migraines away. The withdrawal symptoms last a week to a week and a half, so if you want a migraine for a week, then you go ahead and drink more than three cups of coffee every day. It would be affective if you used caffeine in less amounts and then after a bit, you can stop all together and not suffer the withdrawal symptoms as badly.
